The experience gathered in this field keeps on showing us that the systems based on Ball Mills are the most efficient and economical, obtaining products with a larger specific surface, being this aspect of great importance in divers applications.
When grinding materials for the Ceramics, the mill works with contamination free linings and grinding medias, using Silex, Alumina or Rubber Linings. When iron contamination is not determinant, steel linings and steel balls grinding media are used.
Grinding media is put inside the Mill automatically without the need of stopping or opening the Mill. At the outlet, a screening system removes the broken balls from the circuit.
Normally the Mill is provided with driving by gear ring-pinion and is supported on continuous and automatically lubricated antifriction bearings protected with safety systems.
The Classifier, essential element in this type of plants, is engaged in obtaining the desired product fineness at all times. It is a very experienced, safe, with minimum abrasion problems and minimum maintenance machine. Fineness changes are carried out from the control panel without the need of stopping the Plant, what provides a great flexibility to produce different product qualities.
Work ambient is fully clean, ensured by a dedusting system by automatic cleaning Bag Filter.
