Cast

It is one of the most widely used construction material, it is used for plastering, scratching and increasingly in panels. Natural gypsum is sodium sulfate with two molecules of constitution water. For its industrial use, it is calcined under controlled circumstances, eliminating this constitution water to give mixtures of anhydrites and hemidrates.

The material from gas desulfurization is also widely used, it comes with a smaller particle size and with fewer impurities, both from abrasive minerals and unwanted compounds. The proportions of these sulfates make the plaster behave in one way or another in relation to its setting speed and its mechanical resistance.

ANIVI studies, together with the client, which process is best suited to the variety of types of plaster that are demanded, both for particle size reduction and calcination, proposing the most effective equipment for each case.
