Maximum performance evolution of ANIVI mechanical feed Classifiers. It consists of a double rotor that is coupled to the fan blades and the distributor plate. By means of this device it is possible to regulate the granulometric cut very precisely with great efficiency and it also allows changing the cut remotely without stopping the installation.
For this reason, the NSA model is recommended to classify products with cuts of 35 microns onwards and that also require frequent fineness changes. It is the most used on abrasive materials and allows the placement of different types of coatings if iron contamination has to be avoided.

To remove, for example, filler contents in sands designed for the production of concrete and mortars or other applications, ANIVI proposes the ANIVI-Sturtevant Classifier. Easy to operate, it is capable of handling large circulating loads autonomously, only by feeding the device and collecting the filler and the dusted sand at its lower part.

It is recommended when frequent changes of fineness are not required, since there is no possibility of changing the parameters of the equipment during its operation.
